Fundraising & Events

Want to fundraise for the IJF and need some inspiration? Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most successful.

Take a look below for all things fundraising.

Get Active...

Get baking...

Get organising...

Get your trainers, bikes, swimming googles or riding hats out...

- Run a marathon (or distance of your choice, whether it's your first 10k or you're a seasoned marathoner.)
- Climb a mountain
- Pump your tyres up and head out for a sponsored spin.
- If you are into your horse riding, head off for a sponsored ride on your trusty steed in aid of the IJF.

Don't forget to let us know and we can send you some IJF merch to wear during your challenge.

Get your aprons out and stick the kettle on...

- Organise a coffee morning, be it with a few friends or the wider community...
- Ask everyone to make a cake, brownie or whatever you fancy!
- (You may even wish to host a raffle as part of the day.)

Get everyone together for...

- A quiz (you could use one of the books sold on the IJF Shop)
- A raffle
- Celebrate your birthday and support the IJF (instead of presents, you ask for donations) and decorate the party with IJF bunting and balloons.

Injured Jockeys Fund Golf Days

Golf Days are a very successful fundraiser and we are lucky enough to have a number of annual golf days organised in aid of the Injured Jockeys Fund every year.

They attract alot of racing personalities and you may find yourself on a team with the likes of IJF President, Sir AP McCoy or Vice-Patron, John Francome (pictured right).

Keep an eye on our social media and below, at ‘upcoming events’ to get involved.
