The Injured Jockeys Fund was today delighted to welcome its Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, to Peter O’Sullevan house in Newmarket, its third Rehabilitation and Fitness Centre, which opened in October 2019, and which Her Royal Highness was visiting for the first time.

Whilst there, Her Royal Highness attended a Trustees meeting and was given a tour of the facilities which include a hydrotherapy pool, physio treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, the Peter O’Sullevan atrium, and training facilities for the British Racing School, also housed within the building.

Her Royal Highness was shown around the centre by President, Sir Anthony McCoy OBE, Chairman, William Norris QC and CEO, Lisa Hancock.

Injured Jockeys Fund President, Sir Anthony McCoy says:
“It’s fantastic that HRH The Princess Royal came to visit Peter O’Sullevan House today. Her interest in and long-term support of the Injured Jockeys Fund makes such a difference and we all greatly enjoyed her being here today”.
