IJF Launches ‘Stay at home workout’ Channel.

The IJF Stregnth and Conditioning team have been working to produce content and programmes to help enable Jockey’s and the Racing Community, to stay fit and workout whilst at home. These will be updated weekly via training programmes and schedules on the website, and on the IJF Performance YouTube Channel. Jockeys wanting bespoke programes to ensure fitness levels are maintaned can also contact one of our three centres (Oaksey House, Jack Berry House and Peter O’Sullevan House) for advice and training help.
