A new app called Thrive is now available for all IJF jockeys and beneficiaries to offer anonymous mental health support.
Thrive is a NHS approved Mental Health provider, and the app offers immediate support to help manage everyday life and identify when additional help is needed and where to go to access it.
It offers clinically-proven tools and techniques, along with smart technology, so that people are able to receive proactive help before minor issues become major crises.
Lisa Hancock, CEO of the IJF says:
“The launch of the new Thrive app is a great addition to the services we offer for mental health support as advice and help can be found anonymously and easily, and all in one place with a daily check-up. We are committed to constantly developing our support in this area so jockeys and beneficiaries always know there is help available 24/7.”
To access and download the app, visit the App store and search ‘Thrive Mental Wellbeing’, create an account / then add access code when asked: IJFTHRIVE25
