Executive Assistant and HR Administrator

Salary: £32-£34k per annum

Hours: Full-time basis

The Injured Jockeys Fund provides appropriate support in a prompt and sympathetic manner to those jockeys past or present who are injured, unable to ride, or generally in need. An Executive Assistant with responsibility for HR Administration and GDPR Compliance is now required for its Head Office at Peter O’Sullevan House, Newmarket.

This is a full time, office-based role giving support to the Chief Executive.  As a charity which deals with vulnerable people, a very high level of discretion is required and a knowledge of the horse racing industry will be an advantage.

The Injured Jockeys Fund takes the safeguarding of its beneficiaries very seriously therefore any appointment will be subject to a DBS check and the receipt of two favourable references.  The IJF is an equal opportunities employer.
