Some members of the IJF Supporters Club recently visited Karl Burkes’ Spigot Lodge Stables and Jedd O’Keeffes’ High Beck Lodge Stables. They were accompanied by Jo Russell, IJF Jack Berry House Manager, and IJF Vice President, Jack Berry MBE.
“We started at Spigot Lodge Stables where James Crowley, Karl Burkes’ Assistant, gave us and excellent tour of the yard and facilities and had the opportunity to see the string heading out for morning exercise.”
“We then headed down the road to High Beck Lodge (with super hospitality!) After being provided with some refreshments we enjoyed a tour of the yard, were able to meet some of the horses and see the fantastic facilities.”
