The sun shone for the IJF’s Supporters Club recent visit to the Mick Easterby’s House Farm stables in north Yorkshire where members were given a guided tour of the stables, facilities and horses including some recent aquisitions as well as proven stable favourites.

Mick talked through a number of horses that were put through their paces on the gallops set in typically stunning rolling yorkshire countryside after which the group departed for Jack Berry House. Here they were able to see the extensive rehabilitation facilities that are available including the hydro therapy pool which was being utilised at the time by injured jockey Sammy Jo Bell with therapist Gemma Darley.

To complete this memorable visit the group then enjoyed racing and afternoon tea at nearby Beverley racecourse.
