The Injured Jockeys Fund’ Christmas card, ‘Flying Colours’ created by the highly esteemed artist, Katie O’Sullivan, is now on sale. The card featuring HM The Queen’s silks was commissioned to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee and now becomes a commemorative tribute.

Lisa Hancock, CEO of the IJF says: “I spoke to Katie back in February to ask her whether she would do this year’s card and she suggested the lovely idea of using the Queen’s colours in the Platinum Jubilee year. We now think it is entirely fitting that the card honours the late Queen and her lifelong devotion to horse racing and our jockeys at the heart of the sport.”

Katie O’Sullivan says: “I was delighted to be asked again to produce an image for this year’s Christmas card , particularly as the IJF gave extraordinary care and support to my daughter, Saffie Osborne, after her horrendous fall at Windsor last year. As things have turned out, the card becomes a thank you to our late Queen and I hope everyone enjoys it.”

The card is available from www.injuredjockeys.co.uk.
It is priced £8.50 for a pack of 10 cards and envelopes.
The card is printed on FSC accredited sustainable card in a biodegradable wrap and made in the UK.
Overprinting of cards is also available.
